Return & Refund Policy

At Shree Exclusive, we value your trust and aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

To be eligible for a return, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags intact


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Slight color variations due to screen or lighting differences

  • Products damaged after delivery


Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed:

  • Through the original payment method, or

  • As mutually agreed on WhatsApp

Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days after approval.


Exchange Option

If available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product stock.


Shipping & Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
